No, there is no setup fee.
Yes, you use whatever domain name you want! Once you are ready to publish your site to your custom domain name (rather than the temporary url we provide you) you can! Instructions will pop up in the website editor dashboard when you select this option, and you’ll just follow the instructions. You’ll need access to your domain settings in GoDaddy and make an update. Don’t know what your doing – no worries! You can request a one time courtesy domain pointing from us and can assist you.
Our new sites do not come with idx included. After much feedback from our clients, we’ve found that many like the OPTION of having a lower price site and the CHOICE to add idx at a later time IF they want the additional cost; therefore we have unbundled it from our subscription price thus lowering dramatically the price point of this product. You can EASILY add idx to your new site, but you will just need to signup with an idx provider separately (the idx provider will charge for idx separately). We can recommend a few and pass on our preferred partner savings as well – just send us an email!

Only if you choose to install a “paid” app to your site. For example, the site may offer some optional apps preloaded that may offer a free trial. If you choose to add one of those apps to the site, once the free trial is over the charge for the paid app you select will be invoiced to you. Additionally, if you sign up with an idx provider to obtain idx — that idx provider will bill you separately.
We offer a month-to-month service where you can cancel anytime to prevent future billings! However, for even more value savings, we do offer longer term, annual, memberships as well.
